The Runsgram name, logo, design and source code are protected by copyright and trademark laws. User-uploaded content remains the property of the user, who grants Runsgram a licence to display it on the Platform.

If you believe content on the Platform infringes your rights or was uploaded without your consent (including non-consensual intimate imagery), send a notice to legal@runsgram.com with:

• Your contact details.
• A link to the content in question.
• A statement of the rights you are asserting.
• Proof of identity (for personal-image complaints).

We act on credible reports within 24 hours.

Governing law

These notices and any dispute relating to the Platform are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Lagos.
