Your privacy matters. This policy describes what data Runsgram ("we", "us") collects, why, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

  • Account data: email, password (hashed), display name.
  • Profile data: photos, bio, age, location, services, prices.
  • Verification data: ID documents and selfies (processed for verification then encrypted at rest).
  • Usage data: pages viewed, search queries, device and browser information, IP address.
  • Payment data: handled by our payment processors (we do not store full card numbers).

2. How we use your data

  • Operate, maintain and improve the Platform.
  • Verify identity and prevent fraud, abuse and trafficking.
  • Personalise recommendations and search results.
  • Process payments, coin purchases and payouts.
  • Send transactional, security and (optionally) marketing communications.

3. Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with: (a) infrastructure providers (hosting, database, push notifications); (b) payment processors; (c) law enforcement when legally required; (d) other users to the extent you choose to display information on your public profile.

4. Cookies and tracking

We use first-party cookies and local storage to keep you logged in and to remember preferences. We use minimal analytics to understand aggregate usage.

5. Data retention

We keep account data for as long as your account is active. You may delete your account at any time from settings; verification documents are retained only as long as needed to comply with legal obligations and then deleted.

6. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Email privacy@runsgram.com to exercise these rights.

7. Security

We use encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, role-based access controls, and regular reviews to protect your data. No system is 100% secure; please choose a strong, unique password.

8. Children

The Platform is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors and will delete such data immediately if discovered.
