These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Runsgram website, mobile app and related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By creating an account or using the Platform you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use the Platform. By using Runsgram you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. The Platform is strictly for adults.

2. Your account

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for the accuracy of the information you provide. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Nature of the Platform

Runsgram is a discovery and communication platform that connects consenting adults. We do not employ, contract or represent any escort, companion or other user listed on the Platform. Any meeting, transaction or arrangement between users is made directly between those users and at their own risk.

4. Prohibited conduct

  • No content involving minors or anyone under 18.
  • No trafficking, coercion, exploitation or non-consensual content.
  • No harassment, threats, doxxing or hate speech.
  • No impersonation, scams or fraudulent payments.
  • No illegal services in your jurisdiction.

Violations are grounds for immediate removal and may be reported to law enforcement. See our Anti-Exploitation Policy.

5. Content

You retain ownership of the photos, videos and text you upload, but grant Runsgram a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display and distribute that content within the Platform for the purpose of operating the service. You confirm that you have the rights to all content you upload.

6. Payments & coins

Coins purchased on the Platform are a limited, non-refundable, non-transferable licence to access features. Subscriptions renew per the cycle you selected and can be cancelled at any time from your account.

7. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Runsgram is not liable for the conduct of any user, any loss arising from a meeting arranged through the Platform, or for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
